Do's as ZKT48 Member

Good evening.
First of all, I want to tell you that this whole writing is subjective, based on my thoughts. If you don't agree then it's up to you. I won't force you to nod your head after reading the statements that written here.
Well, tonight I'm going to tell you guys, especially to non-ZKT48 members who have a desire of being part of us about the things you should have and do (do's) due to the opening of ZKT48 2nd Generation Audition.
By writing this doesn't mean I'm feeling like I'm greater than anyone else. I wrote this because I think I have more experience that perhaps can help you a bit.
The first thing I'm about to tell is the do's. Read and learn every line carefully. I also wrote important things point by point thus I don't want to hear any reason stated that you can't understand my remarks anymore. That's nonsense.
Okay, start.
1. Be ambitious
Being ambitious is the first gate to take your step to the success. This is a very important thing every member of ZKT48 must have. If you don't have any ambition then don't fill the form. ZKT48 is the place for ambitious people for the sake of reaching their dream of being a "real idol" (I quoted the words because we lived in fake world, don't you think so?). And here is another one essential thing that you should keep in your mind, keep realistic.
2. Well-mannered
I think I don't have to explain much this point because manner is an essential matter that everyone should have everywhere, everytime, and with everyone. Being well-mannered will help you to steal everyone's respect.
3. Be active
Intention without action is like a good trash. It's good but it's still a trash. Make your move, make it happen. Dream is forever dream if you keep sleeping. Go out, work, get experience, earn money, be happy. With being active means you're actuating your plan. With being active, people will see your effort and some of them will give you their appreciation in different way. Praise? Promotion? Senbatsu? Front-line? Center? You'll get them.
3. Be friendly
You may have a big dream and plan to be succeeded but don't let it make you too busy to build a good relationship with everyone. Be nice, not only to your manager but also to your buddies. Don't ever be cocky and feel lazy to greet them first. Isn't it good to be known as a humble person?
4. Show your different side
Show to everyone that you're different (of course in positive meaning). I believe everyone has their own unique side. Don't ever shy of being true and being yourself. You have a low sense of humor? You are a talkative? You are a quiet one? Show it! Don't force yourself to be similar with someone else. Keep being yourself but don't forget to change your bad manner. Note that being yourself and avoiding changes to be a better person are two different things.
5. Perserve and Be Patient
Because sometimes good things don't belong to you, because sometimes you can't get what you want. Believe that there will come a right time to you to get what you've desired. Don't give up. Keep trying. It's just about the timing. Have you ever heard a story about one of ZKT48 member that had dedicated herself for 3 years to ZKT48 but had never become a center? Now she can be the center of one of ZKT48 1st album song. Yes, after waiting for 3 years. Happiness and success will come to those who perserve and patient, sooner or later.
I think that's all for now. I hope this post is worthwhile for those who is currently struggling to reach their dreams. I also hope I have another leisure time to share good things to you all. Sorry for the mistakes in grammar and spelling.
